You’ll see that people who take part in our running events are all known as members of Team Bertie but there are loads of ways for you to help us by raising money and awareness, even if you’re not a born athlete!

To get started why not create your own Fundraiser's page with Virgin Money Giving or JustGiving?
Virgin Money Giving is a new fundraising website that helps charities raise more money online, without taking a penny in profit.
You can set up your own personalised fundraising page at virginmoneygiving.com for an event or occasion and Virgin Money Giving will send the money you raise straight to Leukaemia CARE. They also reclaim Gift Aid automatically, meaning that for every £10 donated on your page (with Gift Aid), Leukaemia CARE will receive £12.46.
Online fundraising via Virgin Money Giving is an effective and simple way to collect funds and can save you time chasing people for cash sponsorship. Your donors can donate quickly and easily from all over the world using a credit or debit card. Simply email everyone you know with the link to your page and watch the donations come rolling in! Don't forget to promote what you're doing to your friends on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter as well. Not only is Virgin Money Giving the only completely not for profit online fundraising website, but they also don't charge to claim gift aid - so much more of the money you donate/raise comes to Leukaemia CARE.
