Men's Health Forum Scotland (MHFS) 10K for Men

This is the 4th year of the MHFS 10k for Men, and, building on the success of previous years, it promises to be an even bigger and better event than before.

This is the 4th year of the MHFS 10k for Men, and, building on the success of previous years, it promises to be an even bigger and better event than before.

The event is open to all men aged 15 and over on the day and attracts men of all kinds - from serious runners to fun-runners, joggers and walkers. Come along and be a part of improving the health of men in Scotland!
